The Moog Luxembourg facility, a division of Moog Inc., has been acquired by AXXERON Technologies GmbH. The Luxembourg manufacturing site will play a vital strategic role within the AXXERON Group and will be known as AXXERON Hydrolux S.à r.l.. Both Moog and AXXERON Group envision a mutually beneficial, long-term partnership as suppliers and customers to each other.
